Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to continental United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Hong Kong.
For the United States we offer free shipping for all Aquareveal purchases above $25. For Canada we offer flat rate shipping for $20, and for other countries we offer flat rate shipping for $30.
Do you ship to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses?
We are currently unable to support shipping to APO/FPO addresses overseas. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes as UPS requires a physical address where someone can sign for the shipment.
Do you offer free samples?
We offer free deluxe size samples of our Satin Bright Soft Water Peel for Face. These are generous size samples which last from 1 - 2 weeks so you can see if the product works for you. Due to the very high cost of shipping deluxe samples, for the United States we apply a shipping and handling charge of $4.95 and $10 for Canada, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia. For free sample orders we will send you a coupon for 20% off your next purchase.

What is your Return Policy?
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase for any Aquareveal products purchased on Aquareveal.com. If you have an Aquareveal account, please login and go to "Completed Orders" to begin the return process. If you do not have an Aquareveal account, please go to www.aquareveal.com/contact-us/ and email us with the order number and issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products not purchased at Aquareveal.com.
How do I contact you?
Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! We are all avid animal lovers and our policy is to not test on animals. We also plan to donate a portion of our proceeds to animal welfare causes, and support pet adoption as well.
How do I create an account?
You will be given the option to create an account upon checkout. Follow the New Customer prompts when checking out to set up your new account. You can also visit My Account located in the upper right of your screen to Create a New Account.
How do I edit my account information?
To edit your account information, click on My Account located at the top right of the Aquareveal web page and Sign In to your account. Then, click on Your Account Details to make changes to your account.
I forgot my password.
You can reset your password by clicking the Forgot Your Password link.
BILLING & PAYMENT
Do I have to pay sales tax?
By law, Aquareveal.com charges sales tax on orders and shipping costs within the State of New Jersey. Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to your order during checkout. Currently, our shopping cart requires that taxes are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
